Terms of Service

1. The service

LearnGermanOnWA ("we") provides LearnGerman by GermanCopilot, a German-language course delivered through a website and WhatsApp messages. Your first 7 content days are free; continued access to later lessons requires an active paid plan; contact us for details.

2. Your account

You must give accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity on your account. Lesson content, videos and test material are licensed to you personally for your own learning — not for redistribution, resale or public sharing.

3. Payments and cancellation

Paid plans renew for the period shown at checkout. You can cancel from your dashboard at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period unless required by law. EU consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases, subject to the usual exceptions once digital content has been accessed with your consent.

4. Acceptable use

Don't share your account, scrape or republish lesson content, or use the WhatsApp channel to send abusive or unlawful messages. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5. Communications

We contact you about your lessons and your account through website notifications and email.

Promotional messages are optional. If you tick the box for promotional messages — when you register or later in your profile — we may send you promotional messages about courses, offers, discounts or any other promotions through website notifications, email and WhatsApp (to the number you gave us). We send promotional messages only to people who ticked that box. You can untick it in your profile at any time, or ask us to by email; this doesn't affect your course.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or on the website before they take effect.
